DEAR SIRS AND MESDAMES,
 

√  If you are at the stage of negotiation and signing a contract, please introduce the following clause:

Any disputes between the Parties – non-contractual or arising out of civil and commercial contracts, including (but not limited to) this Contract, shall be settled in English (or any other) language by one arbitrator of the Aeronautical Arbitration Court of Moldova appointed by its Chairman, in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of this Court and law of the Republic of Moldova. All the awards, decisions and orders of the Aeronautical Arbitration Court of Moldova shall be final, binding and shall be executed by the Parties voluntarily.

 

√  If you have the contract signed already, please sign an additional arbitration agreement and introduce the following wording:

have agreed as follows:

Any disputes between the Parties – non-contractual or arising out of civil and commercial contracts, including (but not limited to) this Contract, shall be settled in English (or any other) language by one arbitrator of the Economic Arbitration Court of the Republic of Moldova appointed by its Chairman, in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of this Court and law of the Republic of Moldova. All the awards, decisions and orders of the Aeronautical Arbitration Court of Moldova shall be final, binding and shall be executed by the Parties voluntarily.
