DEAR SIRS AND MESDAMES,

To apply to the Aeronuatical Arbitration Court of Moldova, it is necessary to make the following steps:

I.   To introduce the arbitration clause.

II.  To pay the arbitration fee.

III. To file the Arbitration Statement of Claim according to the template enclosed.

IV.  Please enclose to the Arbitration Statement of Claim the documents confirming the following:

√  Arbitration fee payment (original copy);
√  Arbitration agreement (clause) available (i.e. contract);
√  Your claims;
√  Powers to sign the arbitration statement of claim (for example, extract from the Registration Chamber);
√  Powers to represent the plaintiff (extract from the Registration Chamber, or power of attorney or attorney mandate);
√  Dispute settlement measures taken prior to arbitration procedure (if provided, for example, reclamations).

The number of copies of Arbitration Statement of Claim and annexes should correspond to the number of the defendants and arbitrators examining the dispute. If the documents are presented in simple copies, the court or the defendant may require to confirm them.

V.  Please send the Arbitration Statement of Claim and annexes enclosed by registered mail or submit and register the above documents with the court Secretariat at the address Republic of Moldova, Chisinau, MD-2044, bd. Mircea cel Batrin, 20/3, of. 99 (first floor).

VI. You will be informed in writing at the address provided by you about all further actions in respect of your claim.
